Creativity has never felt like something that fits neatly inside lines.

Somewhere between studying fine art in the old streets of Salamanca, Spain and later photography in Gqeberha, South Africa I realised something important: technique matters but freedom matters more. The rules can teach you how to see… but it’s the moments where you forget them that something truly interesting begins to happen.

I’ve always been drawn to that space where curiosity overrides certainty, where instinct interrupts logic, where the ordinary quietly transforms into something worth noticing.

Because creativity, at its core, isn’t reserved for artists. It’s not a title. It’s not a talent handed out to a lucky few. It’s a way of moving through the world. A way of paying attention. We all carry it.

At Milorca Creative, I try to create a space where you can loosen your grip on “getting it right,” and instead explore what feels honest, unexpected, and alive. A space where questions are more valuable than answers, and mistakes are part of the language, not something to avoid.

My approach is simple:
Stay curious.
Experiment often.
Look at things as if you’ve never seen them before.

Think like a child without losing the depth of experience that makes your perspective uniquely yours.

Whether through photography, drawing, painting, or simply seeing differently, the goal isn’t perfection. It’s expression.

It’s taking what’s already around you… and finding your way of saying something with it.

And if, along the way, something shifts how you see, how you create, how you think then the work has done its job.
